I have seen one lol, but they are small and they came in moss. I’m 100% sure 5 did arrive and they are happy along with my woodlice, ants and the other little critters in my sealed jar. I’ll let this settle for a few days and give it a good checking, see if I can find them.
I will be getting a few more maybe unicorn snails.

All snails arrived Healthy and adorable, put them on the moss in my terrarium and 5 mins later they've disappeared exploring haha.
6 lil guys of varying sizes arrived all good and well! they are super super teeny, so im not sure how much I'll get to see of them in my terrarium, but they are truly precious little friends!
Restocked the snails just for me and sent them out very quickly and well packaged. They arrived safely and got straight to munching on some apple. Very please with both the snails and the wonderful people behind the scenes. 10/10 recommend
