Shipping Information

All orders containing live creatures will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday on a next day delivery service.

We offer a live arrival guarantee for all isopods, millipedes, mantis and beetles. We please ask that you open your parcel within an hour of delivery, if there are any issues with any deaths, please contact us, we may ask for a photograph or for you to return the parcel and we will either replace or refund. We do send extras to cover any unlikely deaths in transit.
